Returns and cancellations

Returns – Update November 2020
If you need to exchange your slippers for another size or if you experienced a problem we must emphasize that:
1. we will be able to exchange after we receive and check the item and
2. you can return using a carrier of your choice.
3. we cannot cover the cost of your return except if the return is due to our fault in which case we will refund you the initial shipping cost.
For customers outside the EU your return will have to pass through customs which means more delays.
So please take extra care when ordering. We urge you to double check on the size comparing with our charts to avoid reasons for returns and exchanges.

Our Wooppers slippers are usually custom made items for which returns are extremely rare. We emphasize the importance of ordering correctly. All items are totally handmade and unique in their own tiny irregularities. Wooppers felted slippers are thoroughly examined for damages prior to shipping. We believe that they will keep you satisfied but please feel free to write to us and discuss any problems you may experience. If you experience a problem due to our fault we will agree to replace your item. To do so we need to receive it first in unworn condition.

We will refund the value of the slippers if you are not at all happy with your order and you return your goods in unworn condition within 14 days. We cannot refund the original shipping costs. Also, we cannot pay the postage of your return.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to its dispatch (dispatch is notified by email).
To cancel your order simply write to us using the contact form quoting your name and order reference number. We will refund your credit card or the the Pay Pal account you used to place the original order.
