OUR TERMS - orders prices and payment

Place your order
To place an order you must place the product of your choice in the shopping cart. Wooppers slippers are custom made and we like to keep you satisfied so please take care when ordering; please measure your size correctly and state any preferences (e.g. tight or loose fitting).
We will send you a confirmation email after the placement of your order.

Choose a payment method
Ways of payment are:
– Pay Pal (you can use your account or any credit card via the secure platform of Paypal),

– Credit / Debit card processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e- Commerce” of Alpha Bank. (Uses TLS 1.2 protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reatches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the apropriate key)

– direct Bank Transfer or

– COD within Greece only.

PRICES & CHARGES
Prices are in Euro and valid for all countries.
If you are outside the European Union, additional taxes, fees or duties might be charged, (e.g. import tax etc.) Such charges are not included in the product prices and the customer is responsible for their payment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, the product range can also be changed without notice. The customer is charged with the amount as stated on their order form regardless of possible price changes.

Products on offer clearly appear as such.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be calculated upon placement of each product in your shopping bag during checkout. Learn more about shipping and costs here.

Production will start after your payment is confirmed.

RETURNS POLICY

Our Wooppers slippers are usually custom made items for which returns are extremely rare. We emphasize the importance of ordering correctly. All items are totally handmade and unique in their own tiny irregularities. Wooppers felted slippers are thoroughly examined for damages prior to shipping. We believe that they will keep you satisfied but please feel free to write to us and discuss any problems you may experience. If you experience a problem due to our fault we will agree to replace your item. To do so we need to receive it first in unworn condition.

We will refund you fully (goods and dispatch postage) if you are not at all happy with your order and you return your goods in unworn condition within 14 days. We will not pay the postage of your return.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to its dispatch (dispatch is notified by email).
To cancel your order simply write to us using the contact form quoting your name and order reference number. We will refund you using the Pay Pal account you used to place the original order.
