Applying several layers of liquid rubber on Wooppers

We at Wooppers use natural latex (caoutchouc) to strengthen the soles of our slippers and make them Non-slip.

Latex is extremely elastic, it attaches itself onto the Wooppers sole in such a way as to not compromise the natural feel we so treasure.
Latex is also waterproof. This means that your slippers won’t breathe on the underside and you may perspire on warm days. Wooppers with latex soles always benefit from good airing.
Although latex is waterproof one should avoid wearing Wooppers with soles on wet surfaces: wet latex becomes very slippery.
Natural latex is a sensitive material, with exposure to heat and detergents its natural properties will degenerate and with time latex soles may feel sticky. If signs of stickiness appear, treat them with talcum powder again and again to the point that they don’t feel sticky any longer.
In any case it is advisable to treat the soles of your wooppers with talcum powder before storage in high summer temperatures.

Detailed care instructions are included with every Wooppers pair.
With good care your Wooppers will last longer offering you years of “felt” pleasure!
